All prices on the site are final and include VAT.

Way of delivery

All orders from supandtravel.com are delivered nationwide by Econt Express or Speedy carrier or courier within 48 hours.

Price of delivery

Orders sent with courier company Econt or Speedy are at the expense of the recipient, according to their tariff plan. The shipping cost is visible at checkout and is not included in the sales document issued by supandtravel.com

– for deliveries made with  another courier company, other than “SPEEDY” and “EKONT”, at the customer’s request, the delivery is  paid in full by the customer. The delivery price will be according to the tariff plan of the selected courier company and will not be included in a document issued by supandtravel.com. Payment for these orders is made by bank transfer, in advance.

Delivery time

If the ordered products are available, the order is sent  by the end of the same working day or up to 2 working days after the order , depending on the selected service.

Orders placed  on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first working  day following them.

Orders placed  before 16:00  are processed the same day.
Orders placed  after 4:00  PM are processed the next business day.
Couriers visit addresses  between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

1 working day delivery orders  placed  by 4pm  on Friday can be  delivered on Saturday if you note this in the ” Additional information” field  during the ordering process.

Deliveries to small towns are made according to the schedule of the couriers.

On weekends and public holidays, delivery is made according to the working hours of the couriers.

If you have any other shipping requirements, please note them in the ” Order Notes” field  in the “Additional Information” column when entering an order address.

Return of delivery made

You may return the order to us within 14 working days of purchase. The requirement is for the goods to be in original packaging and intact. We will refund you in full the amount paid. The return shipment is sent to us at your expense. The refund is within 30 days from the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal from the purchased goods.

Payment

You can pay via:

–  cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment  – you receive a receipt from the courier company and a goods receipt/invoice for the value of your order upon delivery;

– advance  payment by bank transfer  – after ordering, we will send you a proforma invoice to make the payment;
